Creating Legit-looking GEN V shinys?

I am trying to create a legit looking Scrafty. But after I opened up my IVPid like I did for my last gen Scizor I found that all the IVs/PIDs were way off. Is there a new way of doing this?

If anyone is willing to help out and send a PKM file here is some info.

Trainer ID: 59315

Secret ID: 42092

Pokemon: Scrafty

Gender: Male

Nature: Jolly

Ability: Moxie

IVs: Everything is pretty important besides Special Attack. Most important being Attack and Speed.

It would be nice to learn how to make a shiny in GEN V but this is the only shiny I'm really after anyway. So many thanks to anyone who helps me out.

i think its the same way as it used to, still just generating it as long is an egg, PID/IV relation does not matter if the pokemon came from an egg !

Leaving the PID blank in PokeGen will result in a valid PID for 5th Gen pokemon.
