Also I do not know what you are talking about with the year 2021. I am pretty sure that Pikachu can have Volt Tackle because I was successfully able to transfer my old competitive one from platinum. Although I haven't checked if it deleted Volt Tackle or not. Edit: It seams they replaced it with a weaker move called Wild Charge, I guess I have to have Volt Tackle replaced with that. RIP Volt Tackle. I was being sorcastic when I said "2021". What I really meant was that Gen V Pokemon haven't appeared yet with their DW Abilities yet so Emolga is a no go. Anyways, I'm doing updates on Pikachu and Shuckle. The rest passed except Emolga. How do you want Emolga?

Yes but if this were to happen then it would not have it's DW Ability. Anyways, I got 4 Pokemon to pass the test. Shuckle and Pikachu are the ones with the unkown problem. If ur having a problem with a DW Pikachu, it's probably because it hasn't been released yet to the DW and neither has Pichu. Shuckle too hasn't been released yet. Check out my thread in the Black and White games section for info on the available DW pokemon. Hope that helps.
