Shiny Legendary Dogs Problem

I created the 3 legendary shiny dogs from the event using pokegen, and when i tested it with the legality checker, and it said trash bytes and hacked or unknown pokemon. So i used the trash bytes normalizer which fixed that problem, but it still thinks it's hacked.
