In the first post he states that "[special] Means they are Altered Pokemon to be Legal and work for Black and White". Not to mention that 3 of the Pokemon have not even been released yet even in Japan. I have no problem with what he does or any of you do but PLEASE know the difference between Legit (Caught in game or received from an actual event without the use of an external device ) and Legal (Modified with an external device to appear as tho caught in game or received from actual event). Random Battle has 26 pokemon that are banned from being used. 1. Mewtwo 2. Mew 3. Lugia 4. Ho-oh 5. Celebi 6. Kyogre 7. Groudon 8. Rayquaza 9. Jirachi 10. Deoxys 11. Chatot 12. Diagla 13. Palkia 14.
