None of us saw it coming; we (small group of four) were all sitting on the couch when we all slowly turned our heads to him when the sparklies were heard on his DS Lite. It was hilarious! That's literally his second shiny he's ever encountered during his entire Pokémon Trainer career (and he's been playing longer than I have). His first was a Durant. A shiny KLINK appeared!
