I know this is probably a stupid thing to ask and it's probably already been answered, but can PokeGen be used to make legitimate Wonder cards?

For example, say I make an Aggron, could I edit it so that I can make it as a Wonder card pokemon and the card would show up on my homescreen like a real event one?

remember, legal = / = legitimate

use Pokemon Mystery Gift Editor to make yourself a fake card, then the game will give you a PID. But it's still not legal so you are better off just making up whatever PID you want. Give it whatever IVs too
