AllyKat Posted January 30, 2011 Share Posted January 30, 2011 It needs to be Pal Parked from Emerald Japanese. Transferred at Lv 30 or higher to a 4th Gen Japanese. You can nickname it "MEW". The English Character set was available in that game. Just nicknames are limited to 5 characters (includes OT.)
