it keeps giving me random number manly the same number which mean nintindo wifi is down but when i change my settings back to normal it still doesnt work.

hi i did everything right i followed youtube step by step i download the ir-gts-bw and then the python 2.7.2 it opens up fine. it gives me the DNS numbers in the black box but when i change the primiry DNS settings i keep getting error codes and it wont let me go into GTS i took down my fire wall and anti-virus close web pages ect. but still no luck im using a DSi i dont think that has anything to do with it. i saw in the discription for python verison 2.7.1 do you think that might help?

i have a shiny eggs code and i just wanna know if makes my pokemon hacks? and also if i have the all pokemon IV 31 and catch a boy and girl pokemon then make them have eggs will the baby pokemon be considered hacked with a legit checker? im tring to make shiny flawless pokemon but i dont know if it says there hacked on a legit checker.
