PID method for 13th Movie??

I loaded two 13th Movie specialty event Raikou (obtained this week from the local Game Stop.) Here's the static information that I know are statics for it:

ID no. = 1031

Secret ID no. = 21889

Nature = Rash

Shiny = Yes

HP IV: 14

Attack IV: 2

Defense IV: 14

Speed IV: 22

Special Attack IV: 8

Special Defense IV: 16

Wonder Card shows hatched at 60 - Full Moon Island but I do not know if that matters. Also, the problem is that PokeGen thinks this Pokemon has a Hardy nature when loading it. None of the methods seem to match up for finding the PID...

Anyone know the PID method for this month's event Trio??

Change PokeGen's Target Game to DPPt/HGSS. You have it on BW.

when figuring locations, you have to add 3000 to what it says in the wondercard. if the wc says 60, then the real location is 3060, or "pokemon event".
