Legitimate Looking Deoxys failing Legality Checker

When I tried to make a legit DEOXYS (using both Pal Park and Hoenn) the Pal Park says the Values are Invalid and when i try Hoenn is says hacked or unknown Pokemon. What is wrong?

You obviously hacked them wrong if they show up hacked. Deoxys is a Method 1 Pokemon.

You have to normalize the trash bytes through trashbytes.exe
