On second look of this event, I can tell you why you need to leave the details as it is.

Yes, this event was distributed to ORAS, however the context matters: this event was the Pokemon Company's recreation of Kotone Yasue's Tyranitar.
Events are normally set to follow receiving game, but since it's a 'recreation', they pre-programmed it's origin game and route into the wonder card.


So it's not a PKHeX bug. Keep the details as it is.

you can have any date on your 3DS.
This person basically received the event while the 3DS had a different date. No issues here, carry on.
