After obtaining the National Dex, the player can gain access to Fullmoon Island,
in order to find the Lunar Wing to heal the Canalave City Sailor's boy.
After interacting with Cresselia on the Fullmoon Island, it proceeds to roam throughout the mainland of the Sinnoh Region.
