Soaring in the Sky's Palkia .

In Pokemon Omega Ruby, when the player is soaring in the sky with Azelf, Mesprit and Uxie in their party,
a rift in space-time will appear over Hoenn.
When the player interacts with the rift, Palkia is encountered.
