About This File

This event was given away to commemorate The Year of Legendary Pokémon via Serial Code to players with a EU or US 3DS.
The gift received between Pokémon Sun & Moon and Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon will slightly differ, in areas such as held item, level and moveset.

This Palkia can only received on Pokémon Sun & Ultra Sun, while it is normally able to be encountered the Ultra Space Wilds of Pokémon Ultra Moon.
Having it on the opposite game likely is to facilitate and help players encounter Giratina, as it has the requirement of needing both Dialga and Palkia to be in party.

I've put both events in my Moon with Pkhex and tried to trade it with someone who has Ultra Sun but they wont trade. It keeps telling me there is a problem with the Pokemon. Any Ideas?

It's a Sun/Ultra Sun only event.

if the origin game is set to the wrong game (which is implied from your comment), it won't trade.

Try editing the origin game, to match it to the correct event, and be wary of game exclusive events next time :)

The limited games it can be received on is in the summary screen in the description above (titled "Games"):image.jpeg

Also note that whoever handling the servers, don't always allow events to be traded on event launch (they're slow with updating the whitelist), tho in this case, it's probably already active and likely an error on your part ?
