Question: is this Legit and is this safe to Transfer this Incineroar to HOME? Just want to make sure, as I would love to RM this Snivy since it had a Wishing Ribbon!

It will be legal, and it will only be legal if you transfer it to Home directly from Bank using a 3DS game. You'll need that Home tracker since it can't be faked. And remember, this Snivy was only distributed in the Japanese language.

Ahh okay so you'll need a JP ver of Unova Games to get that Snivy in PkHex right?
