Pokegen black/white PID/IV/Nature

Does the Pid finder work in pokegen? i caught a legit pokemon, and his PID doesn't match any of the options pokegen has for him even though his pid is legit :S Anyone knows how to solve this?

I'm not sure what algorithms are, but does this mean you can't create legit looking Pokemon? Do you think it will be solved?
