So I need my game’s save file to hack? So if the Pokemon aren’t legal then it’s probably a good idea not to put them in HOME.

I’m kind of new to all this stuff so I’m not really sure how it works and I have some questions if you wouldn’t mind. 1. How do I mod my switch with a homebrew launcher? 2. Are there any alternatives to using a modded switch? 3. Is checkpoint necessary to use PkHex? 4. If I make a different user and hack Pokemon onto there, will all my users be banned or just the new user? 5. Will putting hacked Pokemon into Pokemon Home ban me? Sorry if that’s a lot of questions but I can’t find the answer anywhere. Thanks!
