I read the comment about the patchers not merging safely and disabled the portrait patcher in the starter mod, but the game still crashes if I use it and the custom portraits. What should I do? -

So if I build this as a CIA and install it using FBI, would it just modify the game (in my case PSMD) automatically like installing a software update?
