  1. For Gen 8, What is a legal value for 'Fullness' and 'Enjoyment' in the Memory editor on a lvl100 pokemon, will it always be maxed out at 255? What about a fresh-caught pokemon, are both 0? (Assuming you are OT and current owner). I can check most previous gens myself, but not Switch games.

Search function is giving me all sorts of irrelevant stuff when I search the two words fullness and enjoyment. Thanks

660 - Diggersby - B644939D606B.pk8Hey. I'm not sure if this requires its own topic or if I can post it here. But a week ago I was finally able to dump my save file using the non-homebrew method. I've been looking through my Pokemon, and the latest version of PKHeX fixed a few issues some of mine had with traded egg memories. But some of my self-caught Pokemon still have issues, and it makes them seem illegal.

On SwSh release, I went to the wild area and I caught a Diggersby in the wild area. It's level 15, the dynamax level tells me it didn't come from a raid, so it must've been a strong spawn or a wild encounter spawn. It's self caught and I never touched it, so I know it's perfectly legit. The problem that PKHeX sees is that its met location is "at West Lake Axewell (in a wild area)." It's marked as invalid because according to encounter tables, that's not where you're supposed to find a Diggersby. You can find a Diggersby in East Lake Axewell, but not West Lake Axewell. But I caught it there, so it can't be invalid. What happened? File is attached.

Edit: Added a Dusclops I mentioned in a separate post.

Hello, sorry if I disappoint but this isn't an answer to your post. Was wondering where I could read more on the non-homebrew method to dumping my save file? This doesn't require a hacked switch I assume.

Yeah that’s what you preferably should do. Creating stuff from scratch is easily a no-no, cause people tend to miss a lot of details.

additionally, memories legality check isn’t completely.

anything one makes from scratch will likely fail legality checks when memory checks get added in its entirety.

    Question!

If I grab a legit-caught pokemon in-game, and make another of the same mon from scratch, and then proceed to manually copy the legit-caught's memories, Met-Location, do you know if the genned mon be missing anything unseen to the eye in those aspects? Or has it been known to not do the job in the past? I'm talking about going thru the drop-down list for memories, clicking the options, etc. Not using the legit mon's .pk8 file as it is and altering it like a template. Please lmk if that didn't make sense in any way. I ask cause my switch isn't hacked, so I don't have 'legit' .pk8 files in hand to work with, but I like to make my own pkhex files as opposed to relying on someone else. thx

  4. Hello all. I am trying to put a Jittery Mark on my Antique form, wild caught shiny Sinistea. My goal is to make the game announce 'Sinistea the Anxious' when I throw it out into battle.

The problem is, I notice that the mark disappears every single time I click save (In the Ribbons list). It just won't stay by itself. I tried every single mark, and none disappeared like Jittery did so I assumed the Jittery mark might have been impossible for Sinistea. However, I got the Jittery Mark to stay - ONLY after I also checked the Smiley Mark. I tried every single mark+ribbon, and noticed Jittery stays then. Then I narrowed it down to it disappearing when I uncheck the Smiley Mark.

Are two marks on a wild pokemon even possible, or have been observed before? Is this a bug? It doesn't seem like only these two marks would be linked to each other like this on purpose. Please let me know if i'm missing something. Thanks.

If you're unsure what I mean, Marks give pokemon 'titles' when they're thrown into battle. Here's more info:
    https://www.serebii.net/swordshield/marks.shtml

    EDIT: More info.
When I have both marks: Once I unclick Jittery mark(and keep Smiley), both marks remain. Once I unclick Smiley mark(and try to keep Jittery) and save, both marks disappear.
When I have no marks: Once I click Jittery mark and save, it disappears(doesnt apply). Once I click only Smiley mark w/ a blank slate and save, I get both Jittery and Smiley mark without touching Jittery.
