Installed it, still returns the same error while the highest installed microsoft visual c++ redistributable remains to be 2017 E: solved it by using a .3ds dump instead of CIA

I keep getting ucrtbased.dll and vcruntime140.dll missing errors eventually when I try to rebuild the CIA. Any attempts of installing Visual C++ Redistributable für Visual Studio 2015 errors in a popup telling me that I have a newer version. I also manually swapped out the vcruntime140D.dll in system32 and dropped it into my hacktool folder. The issue persists. Any idea or solution on how to fix this would be appreciated!
