If so, how would I go about editing it and then adding it to a rom? New to learning about disassembly

Is there a red/blue or yellow (yellow would the better option) editor where I can the moves trainers have on their pokemon in battles? I found so many separate editors to change pokemon for gym leaders, rival and elite four for example, but they dont have that option to select which moves I want their mons to have which is what im looking for with what rom hack I am wanting to make

Including editing pokemon moves their mons have, and again, looking for one with NPCs included too

Does a Pokemon Yellow trainer editor exist? Because I am looking to create my own teams for NPCs and important trainers such as gym leaders, but cannot find any such thing online

I also wanna use yellow specifically because I wanna use gen 1's mechanics due to how challenging it can be compared to gen 3's for example

@Kaphotics Alright, this should be the final few question:

I recently finished USUM using edits I made on PK3DS, however there were a few story important battles that crashed:

Multi Battle with Hau against Faba and an Aether Foundation Employee (I changed the employee to be Sina)

1st Battle Royal battle against The Royal, Gladion and Hau (I changed Hau to have a Raichu and The Royal to have an Incineroar)

and finally, the champion battle (which I had changed Hau to be Kukui and the Kukui model didnt even appear, it was just a ghost)

Do you think the reason why the game crashed during these battles and these battles only are because they all had changed trainer classes? (Minus the battle royal) The new trainer classes not being registered with the story...or do you think it could be something else?

@Kaphotics When I made a double battle, the opposing side pokemon attacked eachother, is there any way to fix this? Was there something I did wrong?

Everything has worked perfectly! Just one final question @Kaphotics. I tried changing some pickup items to z crystals, however, the items dont change the z crystals, is it because z crystals are unable to become pickup items or am I doing something wrong?

Final questions while im here:

Have you ever used PK3DS before? Ive seen you comment in a thread surrounding the application, if so, in the "trainers" section, if you change the trainer class, will the model change to suit that trainer class as well or would it just be the text? Same applies to changing totem pokemon to a different pokemon. Also, what do "AI values" mean? Is changing the battle format (eg. single to double) just as simple as the dropdown box?

Flags are normally set by playing the story normally. They can be set using PKHeX if you know the Flag ID.
I am not sure if anyone documented the flags.

Hi. I just started a ultra sun save file and I am looking to skip all the way to encountering Necrozma at the alter of sunne, does anybody have map coordinates for that area? I found some online but it teleports me to Malie city instead and everything is black for some reason

Hi. Is it possible to battle Mother Beast Lusamine in Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon using pk3DS? She is listed as "Aether president - 82" for the trainer class in the original SM games and the option is also available in USUM despite the trainer class number never being used (which is why im asking, idk if choosing that trainer class would crash the game or not)
