Why not just use Hypergts or Ir-gts. Both of these programs are able to send and recieve pokemon. Also you can upload pokemon into the program for other people to download with the ip adress.

use Pokemon mystery gift editor...however it appears you are using a retail cartridge so just get a sav backup like "nds adaptor plus" and then just edit the sav to upload the event.

Just use Hypergts, it is able to send and recieve from the computer.

Just uncheck the box that has "you have recieved this gift" in a mystery gift editor. You still should be able to get the events even though it says "You have already received this gift before" since it worked for me.

Just save it as a different file type in pokegen.

All you have to do is show the pokemon you want in controls then save it as a different file type.

I have more proof on a ruby and sapphire remake. While looking at the 5th gen wonder card map i noticed that on offset 0x04 says "ruby(sapphire)" on the middle option so that got me thinking that this is a hint to a R/S remake.

Until someone here/reputable gets a shiny I'd be skeptical of any "shiny". I remember back in the early gen 4 days when people were claiming to have LEGIT SHINY EIGAKAN DARKRAI, when there is a shiny check for Mystery Gift Generated PIDs.

Pokewalker Pokemon could not be shiny. Since this is another externally acquired Pokemon it could possibly follow similar lines of IV/N/PID generation as was for Pokewalker Pokemon due to "delay" and "initial seeds" still existing this generation.

But the difference is your getting the arceus within the game so when you encounter it every thing will be like a normal encounter
