<p><p><p><p><p><p>Also this game has Platinum's syndrome: too many Pokemon to choose from. Even wild Eevees! This is actually the first game I have never even laid a finger on Repels. Another warning is that there is a lot of oldmons: new Pokemon so far unfortunately number up to 69 so far. Maybe there is more data and perhaps a sequel will unlock the other half. I am hopeful for that at least: idk.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>They are obviously holding off all the actual good features until next game, Z or X2Y2 or ZxZy or whatever they are planning. The aesthetics is great though, but don't rush the game or you will be sorely disappointed. The Internet function with random challengers is also fun and keeps you busy. Exp share, however, is so broken it may be best to turn it off if you do not want to be disgustingly overleveled. Starters are great: they're one of the best set so far and you get the kanto starters soon after. Game is great though and I am taking my time to enjoy it as they say postgame is rather barren.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Wobbuffet's HP's incredibly big and people invest in its Defences for that reason: that's how you deal back damage after all. I don't like that thing: it'll kill anything if you use it right, especially by trapping, Encoring whatever move the other guy uses, and can use that opportunity as set up or just outright kill it. Then there's that dreaded CustapDestinyBond version... ick. Wobby used to be banned, but it's allowed again? Whose idea was that?</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Things like Scizor or Flygon that carry U-turn just to see what the other guy would do. An annoyingly good example is Ambipom, with Technician can Fake out, then U-turn for free hits. There's also Persian, who can do the same, except much weaker, but also carried Hypnosis (via breeding).</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>I fought some random guy and didn't think Magical Shine would OHKO so I CM'd, it Shadow Forced, so I switched to Venusaur taking the hit, and it finished it off with Death Wing S_S</p></p></p></p></p></p>

It felt necessary to stop the whole Dragon + Steel metagame that was going on, but they did it a little too much, that it feels too OP as a typing (not the Pokemon all the time). It is only weak to Steel and Poison for one thing, which is downright retarded. It should also be weak to Ghost and NVE vs Ghost as well. But nooo... now Spiritomb and Sableye actually have a weakness... to pink stuff. They are nerfing Special Attacks and raising Special Defence so much this gen... it's going to be even more physical in standard battles. Never mind that there's Huge Power Mawile with high defences and Sucker Punch/Swords Dance. If "balance" was what they're looking for, Gamefreak didn't actually do all that great. They had the right idea, but execution seems sloppy.</p></p></p></p></p></p>
