you need to make a part after beating the game that allows you to go to a portal with arceus and go back in time and witness the creation of pokemon afterwards you are able to go bcak to that portal and go through and play a mini game depending on what youre score is you might encounter a legendary and if you do extremely well you can fight a lv 100 arceus
