If that's the case, is there a way for me to "beat" the elite 4, but not really beating them just to unlock one hairstyle?

It's my first time using it, but I got the hint of making pokemon. I just need to know how to unlock all the hair styles and clothes with PKHEX. Anyone know how or PKHEX cannot handle the job?
