Fixed it. I had to unblock the folder before unzipping it.

It's not showing as blocked. I've even tried to unblock both files. Still no luck.

I have tried to extract both several times. It goes in to a infinite load and I cant close the folder afterwards.

Bump. Having the exact problem. Neither file would open.

Has anyone else ran in to issues with the current build not wanting to open. Every time I try to open it, I can only see a loading symbol. I've tried to wait several hours with no luck. I'm currently on Windows 10 Pro. I was planning to use it to edit Gen 1 VC games. If anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears. Thanks
