Would it be possible to edit a Pokemon to change the record of how many vitamins (calcium, carbos. . .) it's taken? This is because it doesn't let Pokemon take more than 10 vitamins per stat, for 100 Evs, even though this is not the ev max.

I just found about pkhex and ram2sav, so i used ram2sav to extract my save and i opened it with pkhex. Everything went fine, except when i opened the event flags i noticed it said i had defeated deoxys, but this was incorrect. I had just defeated and captured groudon. Does this indicate any problem? Or do i just unmark the deoxys defeated box and keep on doing everything as normal?
