I'll make a proper tutorial eventually but you can use the trainer editor to change the species of any of the shadow pokemon.

That probably has nothing to do with the hack tools. Maybe you haven't visited Eagun yet?

I did find a file called "DeckData_DarkPokemon.bin" in the Decks folder, but I can't uncompress it with The Unarchiver. Odd.
...How exactly did Pokémon XG get 100 Shadow Pokémon? I'd hack that, but I don't really want the new moves or anything.
Increasing the number of shadow pokemon requires a few steps that are quite fiddly. I'll add a patch to GoD tool soon which handles all of that automagically. Give me a couple of weeks ;-)
