It seems to work now, thanks, though. However, I have another concern. Whenever I move my Pokès around and then I go back to put more in, the ones I moved around to a different box disappears and it doesn't show up in PKheX. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

I have a problem, can anyone help? Whenever I'm editing my boxes in Pkhex and I go to export, it always freezes. Especially, when I edit something completely but it doesn't freeze when I just change one random thing like a move or something. Does anyone know why this is?

Hello. Okay, so I genned a Yveltal into my AS game, but for some reason when I try to use it online, it doesn't work. Now, the moves that it has are Oblivion Wing/Roost/Disable/Dark Pulse. All moves it learns before level 50 which is what I set it to. Do I need to go into my Y game and gen it there and then transfer over. The same thing happened for Entei, I gave it everything it all legal moves, but for some reason, it doesn't work over at the battle spot as well. However, Suicune and Raikou which are both shiny and even Lugia work just fine. I'm a bit stumped by these two. Any idea why this won't work?

Umm, when I copy the pcin and pcout codes only SD they don't show up in the bookmarks section of my 3DS, any suggestions?
