Hello! I'm looking to figure out what method I need to use, I just got my hands on an original 3DS but from the system settings it's Ver. 9.9.0-26E. I was using the full PC dumping and injection by KazoWAR last year and I'm looking to be able to clone/using PKHeX to make pokemon for my friends, I was just wondering if anyone can tell me if I'm able to use any current methods or how to downgrade my 3DS.
