It worked for me...here's how I did it. 1. Open your save file in PKHex 2. Go into the Pokedex editor 3. Set the "Battled" value for the Pokémon of choice to 999 ("Fill Dex" will set it to 999 for all of them) EDIT: As of the 12/16/2014 update, "Battled" has been replaced with "DexNax Lv". I wouldn't use the 12/16 version though...it's a bit buggy, apparently (EXP values are off).

He already did. The Pokedex editor can give you Level 999 in the DexNav for any Pokémon you wish.

While most of PKHeX has worked perfectly for me, I can't get the Secret Base Flag Counter modifier to work. I typed in the quantity "1000" , but when I went into the game, I still had the same number of flags. I checked the file again in PKHeX, and it said "1000". I even went back into the game and collected a flag, and then checked the file in PKHeX, and it said "1001", while in-game I still only had one more flag than I had before editing. While this is not in any way a "game-breaking" problem (like, say, all my Pokémon turning into Bad Eggs or something), it is still annoying. Is a fix for this on the way? EDIT: If it makes any difference, I'm using a JP Cart and Cyber Save Editor, as opposed to a ROM and Gateway.
