    Hey guys, I was wondering if someone could make a video tutorial on changing the shiny rate with Crystal Tile 2. (Preferably with Soul Silver or Black) Whenever I try following text tutorials I screw up really bad..... So sorry for the inconvinience in advance if someone is kind enough to go out of their way and make a minute or so long video. <3
