I'm having the same troubles as Tacancy after following all your steps. I used to be able to use Cyber gadget and pkhex successfully for many months until this recent hiccup

Hi sorry to bother but I get this error message when loading up the modified CS software. I know someone posted earlier with the same problem and someone redirected them to this link http://www.cybergadget.co.jp/support/faq/se3ds/5467.html But I can't understand what that link is telling me to do since I don't have a folder called 3DSSaves_Backup or a file called usercheats.xml. All I can find is a folder called 3DSSaveBank with a lot of .bak files in. Any help would be great!

I'm trying to remove my trainer's hat but when I go into the trainer info the clothes section is greyed out. Is there a 'cheat' I'm missing or is it due to something like me only have one gym badge so far?

In cases like today when the modded software is rendered useless, any sort of pictorial guide (screenshots with arrows) or screen capture video of how to do this with the unmodded Japanese software would be really helpful. I'm already really grateful of what the people behind this have achieved though and don't expect any more favours ;P

Yep, I understand the modded CS software will need a patch and I'm grateful for whoever releases and spends time making that. I know this will also take a lot of effort from your part, but I would really appreciate a pictorial step by step guide to what buttons you're pressing in the Japanese software for the cache folder method. You'd go down as a bit of a hero if you did that

Is anyone else having problems launching CS today? it will say "A crucial update has been found, do you want to update now?" I've tried updating and restarting but I get asked the same question upon reloading the software. I've tried disabling my internet (as suggested above) but that simply crashes the program for me. Or, has anyone updated and is still able to use PKHeX? It might also be worth noting I can update and use the Japanese unmodified version of Cyber save, but the modified version still insists on updating each time Any thoughts greatly appreciated
