    Do I need the national Pokedex before Darkrai will appear? also, if I am reading the locations guide correct, it says he is encountered in slowpoke well with a 1 percent chance of seeing him, correct? do I need surf/strength to access the other parts of the well for him to appear? any help is much obliged, thanks :}
