I've recently started making a FR hack and looking for tool, I have most of the tools but I'm looking for an attack editor currently but what I NEED is one that can add in extra attacks I'm gonna be putting in for starters scald and hammer arm I just need links, i havent been able to figure out what editors are able to add in moves yet
