    Since genVI is multilingual have you guys figured out/can you figure out which Block D 0xE_ Masuda method is based on? I ask because my region is Japan but I selected English.

    I would assume Masuda method is region based, not language based. This is also something that would be written into the game code and not the pkx packet.
