    I would assume Masuda method is region based, not language based. This is also something that would be written into the game code and not the pkx packet. http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Masuda_method "It occurs whenever Pokémon of differing real-world geographical origin are bred."

    The GTS is TLS Encrypted, isn't it? Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think GTS will be as simple as finding the right 232 bytes from the packet.
