it pops up saying its stopped working i am also just relizing there is a mod for pokemon named pokegen im meaning the game named pokemon generations

i am using 2 English computers 1 vista other 8 and every time is try and run pokegen the latest version it just says it crashed and it does not give me any errors when it does i have tried turning down my virus wall and i have tried restarting my computer pokegen just doesnt want to work with either of my computers and i know its not graphics card one of my computers has an amd 7700 and im using win rar to extract it
