Okay, I guess it is encrypted. I checked older threads and I couldn't seem to find anything on how to do it. I figured out how to just disable the mugshot animation altogether so no big deal. Thanks guys.

Yeah I tried that but it just edits their names when it says who challenges me. Not on the actual mugshot.

Okay so I know how to go into the files and get the .narc needed to change the trainer names, but how do I change the name that appears next to or below their mugshot? Obviously this only happens when you face gym leader, rivals, elite 4, etc. Just wondering how I can go about editing them. Thanks!
