Or someone with high computing power and network speed and working CDN-FX to just bruteforce the enc_titleKey,
which should take a few years,but I won't count my chances on that too
Don't forget to exclude the enc_titleKeys for other titles.

I decrypted my US rom and extracted the romfs. I might not know much about 3DS hacking, but I hope I could be of some use. Judging from all the debug files, is there a chance that a usable debug menu exists? I hope so.

seems the game is using its own form of checksums that PSavFix can not correctly fix in any of the modes.
Would it help if I got multiple save files each at different points in the game?

KazoWAR, can I ask you to take a look at my Pokemon Liquid Crystal save? It's basically a ROM hack of FireRed and I can't find an editor that can write successfully, but they can read them fine. Some editors like Pokemon Encyclopedia can open them, but they complain that they are invalid and load the data anyway just fine. But, when it comes to saving, none of them, not even yours could write the modifications to the save file correctly. I think it might be related to the checksums being invalid. If you want to take a crack at it, please reply. I'll upload the saves and some information for you. It would be cool to see ROM hacks work with this editor successfully.

As for duc files... If only you knew someone who made a converter.
(The online version is still up, but was supposed to expire months ago. Might renew it later, probably not. Saves.uniquegeeks.net)
I used to have a converter, but it's lost somewhere in all my old files.
EDIT: It may have been the offline converter, but I don't really know anymore.

Also, for pokemon editing, do you need to put it in your active team to edit it, or do you have to make it standby to edit it?
Edit: It seems that it could read the data correctly, but I'm going to test further.

I noticed some bugs in your program. I don't know if it is just my save, but...
1. Every time I load my save, it doesn't clear the item amount in Stored Items. It adds 666 items each time.
2. My team name is EnigmaStar (I tried to come up with something.), but in the program it cuts off the 'r'.
3. It says my stored money is 1029, but it's 66565.
I think it's my save, so I uploaded it for you.

Maybe you can make a few Dynamic Link Library (DLL) files to branch off from the main project, possibly to reduce the file size and/or make coding the application simpler.

I don't see how that can be possible since every Pokemon has one cry. Then again, maybe I'm wrong.
Anyway, that error is really common and could mean anything. I suggest you restart your computer and/or install the latest .NET Framework.
