I have the latest Wine version, yet PKHex will not work in Wine. PokeGen and other windows programs work in it, but not PKHex.

I am having trouble with the jirachi part. Does it work in emerald? I can't open the files. I don't really know what to do. EDIT: WHat is the ID and SID of this file? Also, does where you save in the pokemon center effect shininess?
