I've been trying to make shiny flawless pokemon in Heartgold. Whenever I go into PID finder and enter everything I want it won't search, but it does work when I take off shiny or reduce the IV's. Is there any problem here or any different way to generate PID's? Thanks.

Can someone help me? I did everything FTP mode told me to and it still wont connect . It connects to the AP and then it says FTP server missing. I put the correct IP address, username and password and set the FTP Port to 21. I have to set to LRW also. I'm trying to restore a save in pokemon white
