Is Pikaedit still around? That was my favorite for all around save editing. It's one of the few editors that had entralink forest and join avenue editing. Pokegen is by far the best tool for creating pokemon though.

I've been trying to find a BW2 version of the IV MTRNG Check Code searches have failed, and cheats.gbatemp.net seems to be down anyway here are the BW versions if anyone could kindly port them Japanese BW2 versions of these would be nice as well, but one thing at a time i guess

if that's the case then pokestock is something you might wanna look into using. but as i said before you won't get the link trade tag like you would if you had traded (same would happen with any save editor) the only real downside is that it's a japanese program...so it can be tricky navigating around unless you have a guide or tutorial (or can display/read japanese) there's a thread for it here

is it possible to edit the gamesync ID? i would like to start a new game, but i don't want to start over with the dreamworld again.

pokestock can do it easily if you're talking about save files however you won't get the "obtained in a link trade" tag you will prolly want to open it up in pokegen after and save it again to make sure the checksums are good
