How would one apply the new game ID to make it work for TTDS users?

Where would you find this eNDrypts? I have TTDS running YSMenu 6.80 I tried looking it up, found a version 1.2, put the translated ROM in the same directory, launched it, and pressed 1. Then it gave me like a bunch of popups saying "windows cannot find the proper program to open this file." I keep pressing cancel and it tells me ROM patched. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Also the overwriting part. I don't understand how you get another TTmenu? (Step 2 of 2nd part) Sorry, I'm a newb at this

will it be easy to fix?
