You should use xDelta GUI or xDelta Lite Patcher ! (I believe xDelta GUI doesn't trim the rom) -

Wow, this patch is awesome ! I'm playing it on R4 and I really like it ! The only thing that doesn't work is the c-gear, when I try to play with the c-gear on, my game freezes, more people with the same problem ? Will it get fixed if there are more people with the same problem ?
