<p><p><p><p><p><p>I remember you mentioning "fail" art of Apple Jack. Its funny, those odd fanart (or fanfarts) I see for MLP made me very artistically critical. I've never seen such ugly anthros in my life, even despite most of them trying to appeal "sexy" to the viewer, and the humanized (anime girl) ones are just plain <em>annoying</em> (I mean, sure, go ahead, but its like these artist don't actually like the ponies <img src="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/wacko.png" alt=":S" srcset="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/wacko@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20" />). I guess I'm selective, but its just horrible how these artists think. I almost want to challenge these people... They all do the same thing (skimpy outfits, huge breasts, ugly as hell faces, etc)...</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>I don't know who to blame, but humanity is just getting stupider by the dozen because of attention to petty or even non-existent problems. Its depressing, but I guess there are those of us with much more advanced and developed minds that can hopefully prosper in the end.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>And that is the beauty of FiM: the characters are relateable, therefore likable, and in your case, prompts thought of identity. I share traits of Fluttershy (in virtually the same way as you) and Twilight (in a social sense), and somewhat of Apple Jack (noble and honest). It's odd how I even got into it, but it was mainly the art/animation the drew me in. Of course, you know the other benefits.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>I had to sit around stupid young men during my time in a LEADS (employment agency) program. They were either extremely obnoxious, sexually active, or both. I can't blame the women in Japan who can't stand that sort of nonsense. It makes men perverted monsters and women <em>toys</em>. I've read that ridiculous article about feminists trying to make <em>sluts</em>, and the very word, a good thing. Anonymous sex is leading to broken children and unsuitable bonds, along with overpopulation.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>I have a sister that dislikes Apple Jack for being "stereotypical", or in other words, a Texan cow girl. I for one really like Apple Jack, for reasons you and I probably are already familiar with. I also like Rainbow Dash, as she somewhat inspires for having strong social and physical capabilities. Yes, I know Fluttershy isn't "realistic", but she is still likable and even relateable. I also have some sort of social anxiety, so I can see where she is coming from.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>I'm more forgiving when it comes to some fan-content, but I still agree. The male population, or, in this case, the odd Bronies, tends to "degrade" women, or in this case, the mares in MLP. As much as women's rights improved, norms and media influence still affect the male mentality, and in some cases, the female ones, as well. It's a sad thing. Like you said, people don't really learn from their mistakes; its promoting uncontrolled births.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>I liked Fluttershy the most in the past, but Twilight is now my favorite. She seems more natural to me, as well as a somepony I can relate to. I also like Rainbow Dash, despite I'm the opposite of her, and Apple Jack. Stereotypes aren't always bad, as AJ is definitely someone I'd befriend, even if it is apparently <em>insulting</em> to have a southern American accent.</p></p></p></p></p></p>
