Go entertain the masses with a partisan form of government and say they all have the rights to vote, though it's not all that true. And let the division amongst the party be of petty issues such as right to abort or gay rights, etc. The heck? What about more important things like economic issues and foreign policies? And since when was murdering a baby not considered a crime? I've just about had it with humans. Ever since the 19th century they started toying with socialism and democracy, and this ruined the world. Then they imposed this foreign idea to the Far East!
