to make codes you can use a few different programs (most common is pokesav), there are guides on the homepage, and for what game do you want this code? if you want it for HGSS US, you will have to wait because the current version does not support codes for the US games (i believe there are codes for event arceus in the RAM section if you prefer).

if you mean the actual black colored lugia then you cant get it unless you edit your game (rom editing section might help). if you mean the lugia then i can get it for you, ill need to know how you want it (code/trade/.pkm file).

alright, just so you know, if you place any of the 999 stats pokemon inside a box their stats will become their normal maxed ones. also if i remember correctly, leveling will make the pokemon's stats normal maxed. i will pm you when they are ready.

so you want them to hav 999 all stats? and no matter the hp it can always be crited (unless its something else like an ability that dosnt let the pokemon get crited).
