I do not like the way that they are colored =/ It's too flashy for me.
Also, fisau, are you English? I've never seen someone type the word rubbish and use it in a sentence like that ;

Knowing where I've been in my life, I never realized I could have an opportunity like this. For all of you struggling your way through high school, whether the beginning or the end, I encourage you to hold on. Because once you finish there is this hope...it's found in a fresh start when you enter college. Sure, there may be a few people who know your past, but it's not held against you.
For those of you in college who have never had a start such as this, make it happen. Because you can change, you can be different. I'm no longer "That one emo kid" I'm now "That girl with the awesome hair"
Maybe it's because this is a smaller college, one filled with love and joy and peace that it is different here. But I encourage you all to know there can be change if you allow there to be change. Holding back on freedom just weighs you down.
So here I am, breaking free...embracing my fresh start on orientation week.

^I hope they're nice people.
Everyone here at my college is nice. It's a blessing, to be sure!
That being said, I'm listening to the sounds of my fridge...too early yet for music. *looks to her sleeping roomate*

I feel so....behind. I've been so busy lately that I haven't seen this yet. I really don't like those logos. The Japanese was much more awesome. (Hoping these are prototypes....?)

Remember that for the short period of time that we had it, the creative badge covered art, writing, and music. It's all a portion of one thing - creativity.

The fan and people moving in next door.

I will leave these requests in the hands of the others. Officially in college, so I'm officially not an artist here any longer.

Anyone play any of the Facebook game apps?
I play on Farm Town, FarmVille, Pet Dragons 1, and Pokemon Adventure.
Farm Town and FarmVille are quite addicting. Because you've got to be into the game to get anything out of it...as the more you plow, plant, harvest and sell, the more experience and money you get.
Pet Dragons 1 is just there as a time waster. I often forget I have it so my dragon is old, but not very strong.
Pokemon Adventure was a huge hit on Facebook last summer, when it was released. It is kind of a sequel to the "Send Pokemon" and "Send Pokemon: Johto" and certainly an upgrade, becoming an MMORPG. I went through a chat interview process and became a moderator at their chatrooms and later at the IRC. Come October, though, the creator of PA became too busy with life and stopped running the app, leaving its fans hanging in Pewter. Today it stands dead, never more than 15 people online at one time, when there used to be 1,000-2,000+ people on at any given time.
So yeah, those are the games I play on facebook. Share your stories of Facebook game apps

Red Sam - Flyleaf
Here I stand
Empty hands
Wishing my wrists were bleeding
To stop the pain from the beatings
There You stood
Holding me
Waiting for me to notice You
But who are You?
You are the truth (You are the truth)
Outscreaming these lies
You are the truth (You are the truth)
Saving my life

I use IE8 alongside my Windows 7. It has a very firefox feel to me, with the smaller tab from IE7 and the favorite's bar. But I don't mind the FF look, because I really like FF until it began deleting all of my favorites Then I was like "Uh...no."
IE8 runs fastest on my laptop anyways.

I would think it's a manual thing, Narwhal. The same goes for why some skins show gender while others don't. =/

I'm not sure how to do it in Trillian, but I tried through Java and got the same response as before. =/
-
How would I go about doing that?

Hey Kid. Welcome to the Project

I quite enjoy being updated on news in the gaming world and playing 1 vs. 100 ;

Hello everyone, as some of you may know, I am having issues connecting to the IRC. I have tried both the Java platform and my Trillian, and neither are allowing access.
Both are giving me the same response: Connection Refused.
Via Java:
[10:16] Connecting...[10:16] Unable to connect : java.net.ConnectException : Connection refused: connect
Via TrillianPro3:
[10:15] *** Error while connecting (Error Code: 10061). Disconnecting. So Error Code 10061...According to the trillian website:
10061 - WSAECONNREFUSED - Connection refused.* Suggestion: Try shutting off or fixing your ZoneAlarm or other Personal Firewall. It's probably disallowing Trillian network access.
No connection could be made because the target computer actively refused it. This usually results from trying to connect to a service that is inactive on the foreign host.that is, one with no server application running.
Okay, but there lies my problem. I go through my Control Panel and take the steps to turn off my firewall. Firewall is off, I reset Trillian and go to reconnect onto the Project Pokemon server. And I get the same thing, error code 10061.
This problem didn't occur until I got my laptop. It's got to be something on here blocking me from any IRC access (I use two different IRC servers, and neither of them work)
...I am so fed up with testing and trying things to get my IRC to work with failure again and again. I know it is not my settings for the IRC channels because I copied the information straight from the Trillian I ran on my flashdrive to my family computer.
Does anyone know what might be wrong so I could fix this once and for all?
Help! I'm at wit's end.

Oh, that's right. I forgot. >.<
Maybe a family discussion would help, then. Get your mom, dad, and brother all together and talk things through...because obviously something is not right. Your brother is overly obsessive about his games, he hit his mother (that alone sends a high warning signal) and it sounds to me like boundaries need to be set. That being said, Floot, you as the older brother would have to be the one to step up and say "Mom, dad, we need to talk" and express your concern, the way you have here.

Welcome Shroomy. :] It's nice to see another IRL friendship here. Like myself and Kiku

Mewtwo kind of pissed me off as a kid after seeing the first movie....although now I have my share of sympathies with him. For that reason, I must say Mew (specifically shiny, I LOVE that color of blue) because he never failed to make me smile as a child. :]

Welcome to the Project. I'm the local emo here, you'll find me located today in your top left-hand corner. :]

Absolutely, Varna. I am here to learn, and paying good money to get an education. I wouldn't blow that because I've made some great friends in the first half of my first week!
