Can one distribute wondercards using a fake server like IR-GTS? (not though the GTS obviously )

Well not on GTS but the "Receive Via WiFi" option in the mystery gift menu. And i did not see see that thread... i'm new here.

Short range wifi, change DNS, recieve wondercard, that kind of stuff. I don't have a flashcart so wifi is my best option. Does a program like that exist? Thanks
